Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Gift cards and items specifically marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this return policy and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
